Hunter Michael Adams

Hunter "Bubba" Michael Adams, 13, of Baytown, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. He was born in Houston, Texas, on September 8, 2013, to Amy and Peter Adams. He was the best big brother to his twin sister Haley whom he was 2 minutes older than. He never let her forget that either. He was a member of St. Mark’s Methodist Church in Baytown.

Hunter was a student at Fairmont Jr High School, in Deer Park, Texas. He was a member of the band where he played percussion. Although school wasn’t his favorite thing, he loved to study history and enjoyed basketball. Hunter had a true servant’s heart. When he grew up, he dreamed of becoming a police officer so he could help others.

Hunter was all boy and had many hobbies, some of which included his love for going to the beach, riding 4-wheelers and playing video games. He enjoyed games like Call of Duty, Roblox, and Forza. Hunter was adventurous, he loved the thrill of big boats, go karts, and going to the gun range with his dad. He was a true foodie and would try anything new, but his absolute favorite was sushi. Hunter could often be found in the kitchen helping his mom and dad cook dinner. Above all, Hunter loved to sit at home with his parents and sister and play board games. His favorite being Monopoly, Chess and Guess Who. He was extremely good at Monopoly and could never be beaten.

Hunter was preceded in death by his uncle Philip Adams; and his maternal great-grandmother Fran Hanna. He leaves behind to cherish his loving memory his parents; his sister Haley Adams; his maternal grandmother Cindy Coker; his paternal grandmother Deborah Hixon; his paternal grandfather Fred Adams and companion Marilyn; his aunt and uncle Becky and John Thompson; his uncle and aunt Ron and Heather Woodruff; his first cousins Hannah, Abigail, and Micah Thompson, and Conner, Emily and Callie Woodruff; his numerous other cousins; and his cat Zoomie; along with a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at Earthman Baytown Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas 77521, on October 7, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Funeral will take place at Earthman Baytown Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas 77521, on October 8, 2026, at 10:00 am. A Graveside service will follow at Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8624 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas 77521, on October 8, 2026, at 11:30 am.
