Ida Dugat Johnson, 97, of Mont Belvieu, TX was born in Old River on April 28, 1908 and passed away Saturday, December 17, 2005 in a local nursing home. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mont Belvieu and retired from the Barbers Hill School District as the cafeteria manager.
Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Sunday from 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Graveside services will be Monday, December 19, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at the Mont Belvieu Methodist Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Clint Johnson and grandson, Jason D. Johnson and is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David L. and Eula Johnson of Decatur; grandchildren, Wayne Johnson of Baytown, Judy Lester of Bridgeport, DeAnne Martin of Decatur, and Joyce Robinson of Denton; 10 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
