She was born in Baytown, TX on April 15, 1973 and she was a graduate of Ross S. Sterling High School. She loved to travel with her mother and she also enjoyed reading
She was preceded in death by her father, Allen A. Hensley, Jr.; a brother, Allen A. Hensley, III; and her beloved dog, Sandy.
She is survived by her mother, Sandy Chmielewski and husband Claude; a sister, Terry Ancelot; two step-brothers, Claude and Joey Chmielewski; an aunt and uncle, Phyllis and Jimmy Higgins; a special cousin, Deborah Higgins and her beloved dog, Abigail.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Earthman Funeral Home Chapel, 3919 Garth Rd., Baytown, TX 77521.
