

JoAnn was a lifelong resident of Baytown, a retired switchboard operator from Nations Bank and was a member of Memorial Baptist Church, Beta Sigma Phi and the Red Hat Society.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert E. Kelley; sister, Lavon Heintschel; brother, L. B. Fisher; infant son, Collie Michael Kelley and a nephew, Eddie Heintschel.
Survivors include her son, Timothy Kelley and his wife Cynthia; grandchildren, Patrick Kelley, Tricia Lovett and her husband Michael, Rebecca Dailing and Michael Moffett and great-grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Lovett and Braden Dailing.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Navarre Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 9, 2015 at the funeral home with Rev. Alan Beck officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens.
