

JoAnne Ruth Kirkpatrick Campbell, 94, of Baytown, Texas, went to be with The Lord on October 23, 2024. She was born in Houston, Texas on May 30, 1930, to Frank L. Kirkpatrick and Frieda Evelo Kirkpatrick.
JoAnne was a loving, fun-loving, independent-minded mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend to many. She enjoyed making beautiful porcelain dolls, making fairy gardens, journaling, and just about any craft that allowed her to be creative. She also had a green thumb.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, Sadie Goodson and Mary Lochridge, and brother Frank (Buddy) Kirkpatrick who was killed on Saipan during WWII.
She is survived by her children, daughter, Kandyce Singletary and husband Tom of Friendswood, Texas, son James Campbell and wife Patti of Lake Conroe, Texas, son Kyle Campbell and wife Tracee of Dallas, Georgia, and special niece Mary Campbell of Baytown, Texas. Granddaughters Logan Fox Davis and husband Aaron of Friendswood, Texas, Ryann Fox Koenig and husband James of Pinehurst, Texas, Makena Campbell Glover and husband Keith of League City, Texas, and Kendall Campbell of Texas City, Texas.
Great grandsons Bodie Davis, Keaton Koenig, Decker Koenig, Bowen Koenig, and Emery Glover. Great granddaughters Sloane Davis, Maggie Davis, Colbie Koenig and Corinna Glover. Also surviving are many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will have a private burial.
