Jose L. Garcia

Jose L. Garcia, 42, of Baytown was born August 11, 1969 in Brownsville and passed away Friday, July 6, 2012 in Baytown. He was a 1987 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School. He was a devoted husband and father and was dedicated to his home and family.

He is survived by his wife, Maria Garcia, daughters, Marissa Garcia and Micaela Garcia, parents, Jose H. and Feliciana Garcia, and sister and brother-in-law, Perla and Joseph Orozco, all of Baytown, and brothers and sisters-in-law, Adan and Lisa Garcia of Baytown, Juan P. and Leslie Garcia of Pasadena, and Jesus and Terri Garcia of Deer Park.

His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Monday beginning at 5:00 p.m. with a rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. A funeral Mass will be Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1124 Beech St., Baytown, TX 77520 with Rev. Jesus Lizalde officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Juan Garcia, Adan Garcia, Jesus Garcia, George Rodriguez, Joseph Orozco, Homero Rangel, Jose Soto, and Francisco Pruneda.
