L. D. Buster Taylor

He was born March 17, 1923 in Wintharp, Arkansas to his late Parents: Henry D. Taylor and Mittie Mae Lloyd Taylor, lived most of his life in Galena Park and was a retired foreman from Brown and Root.

Buster was preceded in death by his Parents; Wife: Ruby Avant Taylor and Son: Robert C. Taylor.

Mr. Taylor is survived by: Daughters: Patti Woodward and her husband Lyle of Crosby, Judy Flores and her husband Andrew of Independence, Missouri and Kathleen Hamlett of Baytown; Grandchildren: Denise Smith and her husband Todd, Stephen Flores and his wife Donna, Jason Flores and his wife Tina, Lonnie Hamlett, III, Angela Macias, Aneshea Soler and her husband Jeff, LeChelle Walker and Brandi Taylor; 16 Great-Grandchildren; Sister: Opal Jones of Baytown and Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation will be from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M., Sunday, January 20, 2008 at Navarre Funeral Home & Cremation Services.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, January 21, 2008 at the White Chapel Cemetery in Highlands.
