

Larry grew up in Houston and graduated from Houston Lamar High School, he lived in Baytown from 1977 until 2006, attending 7th Street Church of Christ while he lived here and was a retired construction contractor.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister and brother-in-law, Wanda Lee Whitley and Larry Jean Whitley and mother-in-law, Ora Marie Zizelman.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Narda Willhoite; children, Cary Willhoite and his wife, Cami, Cheryl Doyle and her husband, Jerry, Melinda Wu and her husband, Stanley, Lynnette Thompson and her husband, David and Chad Willhoite; 11 grandchildren; brother, Dean Willhoite and his wife, Janice and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, February 2, 2017 at Navarre Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 3, 2017 at Navarre Funeral Home with Mr. Brad Benoit and Mr. Brent Benoit officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Cary Willhoite, Chad Willhoite, Jerry Doyle, David Thompson, Stanley Wu, Lucas Willhoite, Trent Thompson, Lance Thompson and Evan Wu.
