Lee was one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of knowing. My sympathies go to the entire Carter family. But rest assured she is at peace, and no more pain. My whole family sends their prayers your way.

For the past 40 or so years our mother, Olga, would look forward to looking out her front window and seeing Mrs. Carter’s garage door open and knowing that she was home. And it became habit for us as well whenever we visited our mother, to look over and check to see if Mrs. Carter was outside sitting in her chair. She was always quick to wave and say hello ! She was an amazing woman and a dear friend to mom. We will miss her greatly.

May you all know that she is with our Lord and we will all see her again. Prayers for all the family.
Mrs. Carter was a special neighbor. We spent many days of our childhood at her house. She was kind and will be missed greatly by her family and friends.
