Lester Wayne Hickman

Lester Wayne Hickman, 75, of Mont Belvieu was born to J. B. and Celia Hickman on March 14, 1937 in Livingston, TX and went to be with his Lord and Savior Thursday, August 9, 2012. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Mont Belvieu, where he served as a deacon. He owned Hickman Design Corporation for 25 years and was a U. S. Army Reserve veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Robert Hickman. He is survived by his wife, Rogean Hickman; son, Mark Hickman; daughters and sons-in-law, Deborah and Eddie Hawkins and Lisa and Mark Kuecher; brother and sister-in-law, Bryant and Cecile Hickman; sister and brother-in-law, Marie and Aubrey Vaughn; grandchildren, Randy and Casey Powell, Ashley Andersen, Shelby Hickman, Courtney, Mallory, and Kase Kuecher, and Shane and Justin Forse; and great granddaughter, Peyton Powell.

His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Monday, August 13, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Mont Belvieu, 10110 Eagle Dr., Mont Belvieu, TX 77523 with Rev. Jake Porter officiating. Burial will follow at Palms Memorial Park in Dayton.

Serving as pallbearers will be Charles Danley, Wilson Harper, Walter Hickman, Kevin Hickman, LaGene Hickman, and Gary Stacey.
