Linda Carol Drebert

Born on January 29, 1953, in Houston, Texas, Linda was the cherished daughter of William James Bishop and Minnie Lucille Bishop. She attended Channelview High School and Lee College before beginning a remarkable career in dentistry. For 49 years, she faithfully served alongside Dr. Jesse Kirkpatrick, DDS, and Dr. Zachary Holder, DDS, building lasting relationships with patients and coworkers through her kindness, dedication, and compassionate spirit.

On August 12, 1972, Linda married the love of her life, Frank Joseph Drebert. Together they shared more than five decades of love, devotion, laughter, adventure, and cherished family traditions. As a wife and mother, Linda poured her heart into her family, raising her two children, Aubrey and Joseph, with unwavering love and support.

Linda was known for her warm smile, infectious laughter, gentle kindness, comforting hugs, and steadfast love for the Lord. Her faith was the foundation of her life and was evident in the way she loved and served others. She found great joy in traveling, trying new experiences, preparing family recipes, spending time with her grandchildren, volunteering, worshiping at Faith Family Church in Baytown, and sharing the love of Jesus with everyone she met.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Frank Joseph Drebert; her daughter, Aubrey Carol Salinas, and husband Christopher; her son, Joseph Cary Drebert; and her four treasured grandchildren, Hayden Bate, Cade Salinas, Kynlee Drebert, and Kami Smith. She also leaves behind many extended family members, friends, church family, and all whose lives were touched by her kindness and faith.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, William James Bishop and Minnie Lucille Bishop; her grandparents, James Arthur Easter, Zulema Bankhead Easter, Frank Ruben Bishop, and Lona Farley Bishop; her father-in-law, Glenn Gilbert Drebert; her mother-in-law, Donna Jean Drebert; and her sisters-in-law, Jan Drebert and Lucinda Simmons.

A memorial service celebrating Linda's life will be held on October 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Faith Family Church, 6500 N. Main Street, Baytown, Texas 77521.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations be made in Linda's honor to Harbor Hospice Foundation, Toys for Tots, or Faith Family Church.
