Lupe was born in Weimar, TX on June 6, 1938 to Jose and Felicia Flores. He was a kind-hearted man who would help anyone in need, a private, hard-working man, who enjoyed fishing and riding his bicycle.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Mae Flores; parents, Jose and Felicia Flores; sisters, Mary F. Ramirez, Romona F. Vargas, Josephine F. Tobias, Alice F. Hernandez; brothers, Jose M. Flores, Jr. and Pablo M. Flores and his good friend and brother-in-law, Sebero Ramirez, Sr.
He is survived by his children, Wesley, Anthony, Troy and Christina; sisters, Concepcion F. Gonzalez, Jessie F. Rodriguez; brother, Daniel M. Flores, as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
