Marcia Byers Griffin

She was preceded in death by her parents, Pat and Helen Byers; husband, H. L. Griffin; sister, Charlotte Stanley; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Bonnie and Horace Griffin. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Susan Mohnke of Baytown and Laurie and Dennis Cernosek of Katy; brothers and sister-in-law, William P. ""Buzzy"" and Mary Sue Byers of Austin and Roger Byers of San Antonio; sister, Berta Wilkinson of San Marcos; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bob and Jane Griffin of Beach City; grandchildren, Garrett Mohnke and wife, Blake, Shelby Baughman and husband, Eddie, Elizabeth Cernosek, and Andrew Cernosek; and great grandchildren, Alexander Satterfield and Charlotte Mohnke.

Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 3, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with David Smith officiating. Burial will follow at White cemetery in Highlands.

Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons, Garrett Mohnke, Andrew Cernosek, Eddie Baughman and nephews, Rob Griffin, Ron Griffin, Kyle Cauley, Patrick Wilkinson, and Cody Byers. Honorary pallbearer will be Greg Wilkinson.

In lieu of usual remembrances, contributions may be made to Faith Community Hospice, L.L.C., 4721 Garth Rd., Suite H, Baytown, TX 77521.
