Marge was born in Seminole, OK to Edward and Opal Arthur on March 26, 1938. She was a long-time resident of Baytown where she attended Coady Baptist Church. She worked and retired from Lee College in Baytown in the admissions office.
Marge is preceded in death by a son, Gary Neal
She is survived by two children, a daughter, Cindy Brown and husband Darrell; a son, Scott Neal and wife Kristi; eight grandchildren, Bobby, Misty, Stephen, Samantha, Kendal, Travis, Eric and Randy; nine great-grandchildren; as well as other family members and friends.
