Mary Edith Clayton

Mary Edith is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law, Janell and James Nolde and Jill and Thomas Grail. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Mary McKeever Davis, Daniel McKeever and his wife Mary March, Johanna Fletcher, Christian Nolde and his wife Lindsey and Clayton Nolde; eight great-grandchildren and several loving nieces and nephews.

She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school for over fifty years, sang in the choir and served on various committees and also was a secretary for Goose Creek Independent School District for seventeen years.

Mary Edith belonged to the Women's Golf Association at the Goose Creek Country Club for many years and enjoyed playing bridge.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 25, 2015 at the Memorial Baptist Church Chapel with a service to follow at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Randy Piatt officiating. Burial will follow at White Cemetery in Highlands.

Pallbearers will be Thomas Grail, Daniel McKeever, Christian Nolde and Clayton Nolde.
