Mike Lowery

Mike Lowery, 75, a longtime resident of Baytown, passed away Friday, November 25, 2011 in Baytown. He was born September 26, 1936, in Fort Worth to his late parents, Jack Lowery and Aline Irby Lowery.

Mr. Lowery was an avid sports fan and he most liked watching the Dallas Cowboys, NASCAR and dirt track racing. His personal hobbies included racing cars, playing slot machines and online poker.

Survivors include his wife, Jeannine Lowery of Baytown; sons, Michael Lowery and his wife Amanda of Mont Belvieu, Keith Buchanan and his wife Angie of Atascocita; grandchildren, Cameron, Jacob and Hannah Buchanan; brother, J. D. Lowery and his wife Paulette; sisters, Penny Lowery and Jennifer Baude; nephew, Chris Lowery and also Mike's little buddy, Ethan Meredith.

His family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at Navarre Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at the funeral home and will be officiated by his family. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Michael Lowery, Keith Buchanan, Cameron Buchanan, Jacob Buchanan, Mikey Montemayor and Sergio Sepulveda.
