

Minnie M. Fletcher, 94, of Baytown, TX was born October 7, 1911 in Waco and passed away Sunday, October 30, 2005 in a local healthcare facility. She was a member of 2nd Baptist Church and taught Sunday school for 65 years. She was also a volunteer at BayCoast Medical Center for several years.
Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 2, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Burroughs officiating. A private burial for the family will follow at South Park Memorial Park in Pearland.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert G. Fletcher Sr., 10 brothers and sisters; son-in-law, Tommy Thompson; grandson, Douglas Thompson; and great granddaughter, Melissa Lewis. She is survived by her daughter, Janet Thompson of Baytown; son and daughter-in-law, Robert Jr. and Jeannine Fletcher of Hill Top Lakes; grandchildren, Mike Fletcher, Donald Fletcher, Craig Fletcher, Randy Hessler, and Trisha Nolan; 11 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of usual remembrances, contributions may be made in her honor to the 2nd Baptist Church Building Fund, 500 E. James, Baytown, TX 77520.
