Nellie Rae Frazer

Born on October 21, 1938, in Madisonville, Texas, to Cleo and Jullie Starns Currie, Nellie graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Baytown, Texas, in 1957.

On July 28, 1955, she married the love of her life, Charles Frank Frazer, Jr., and together they raised three children.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Frank Frazer, Jr. her eldest son, Charles Frank Frazer, III, her grandson, Stephen Jay Frazer and her sister, Mary York.

Nellie is survived by her daughter, Annette Blackburn, who was dedicated to caring for her each day, her son, Neal Frazer and his wife Debbie Frazer, her three grandchildren: Anthony Blackburn, Melissa Frazer, and Kellie Martin, as well as her ten great-grandchildren: Kaylee Blackburn, Madalynn Blackburn, Adrian Roscom, Julian Roscom, Morgan Roscom, Alex Roscom, Emma Roscom, Lily Martin, Paisley Martin, Devin Martin, and Sawyer Diggs. Additionally, she is survived by Jessica Olivares and her husband Sergio Olivares and their two sons Gabriel Olivares and Benjamin Olivares, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 27th, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Earthman Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 28th, at 11:00 a.m. at Sterling-White Cemetery, 11011 Crosby Lynchburg Road, Highlands, Texas.

A reflection will be given by Pastor Michael McIlwain.
