Olive A. Sanchez

Olive Arabie Sanchez was born in Crowley, LA, on May 24, 1945, and passed away December 12, 2013, at her home surrounded by family and friends. She retired from Exxon Mobil Corp in 2000, and was a member of First Church of Nazarene in Baytown. She was an avid member of the SPCA, loved to make people laugh, cook comfort foods and was a fantastic story teller. She loved her cats with a passion.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Robert Sanchez and her mother and father, Edwin and Edwina Arabie. Also preceding her were two sisters, Rose Parker and Doris Derryberry and sisters-in-law, Joan Arabie and Nell Arabie.

She is survived by her sons, Robert Kelley and wife Cheryl, Kevin Kelley and wife Paige; daughter, Amanda Caskey and husband Lynn; grandchildren, Brittany Bird, Michael Chad Kelley, Meagan Kelley, Derek Kelley, Justin Kelley, Amber Caskey and Kelly Caskey; great grandchildren, Remy Berges , Brooklynn Bird, Jozlynn Kelley and Wesley Kelley; sister, Patty Norriss and her brothers, Dallas Ararbie, Jimmy Arabie and Edwin Jr. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and her lifelong friend, Billie Herron.
