

She was born September 2, 1950 in Jonesboro, Arkansas, had lived in Mont Belvieu since 1984 and was a secretary at M & T Automotive Repair with 15 years of service.
Patricia was a 1969 graduate of Angleton High School and was a member of Houston Primitive Baptist Church and very strong in her faith.
Her greatest passions were being around her family and friends, traveling and camping. There were no strangers around Patricia because she would befriend everyone she met.
She was a doting grandmother over her only grandchild, Sabrina and had a special love for her dogs, Peewee and Cocoa.
Patricia was preceded in death by her father, Finis Travis; sister, Marilyn Fillip and her step-father, Jim Cornelius.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Mansel of Mont Belvieu; daughter, Amy Nicole Milner and her husband David of Tomball; mother, Janie Cornelius of Manvel; granddaughter, Sabrina Milner; sister, Linda Gail Travis of Manvel; brother, Joe Travis and his wife Janell of Abilene and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 22, 2009 at Navarre Funeral Home with Elder Mark Rowell and Elder Pat Young officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Crest Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at the funeral home.
Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Moseley, David Moseley, James Moseley, Josh Brown, Ben Lampe and U.S. Army Sgt. Stephen Moreno.
