

Patricia Ann Nuzzo, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother & friend, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2011 in Baytown, Texas. Patricia was born July 20, 1932 in New Castle, Pennsylvania to Harry Allen Miller (Pup) and Eva Foster Miller (Mum).
Patricia or better known by her family and friends as ""Patsy"" was a resident of Baytown for over forty years. She graduated from New Castle High School in 1950 and then attended New Castle Business School. She was a member of Saint Joseph's Catholic Church and an executive secretary for most of her working career. Patsy was an avid reader who always looked forward to her weekly trips to the library. She loved the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Houston Rockets and rarely missed watching a game with her favorite pets, Pacino and Baby by her side.
She also enjoyed spending time with her family and relaxing with a hot cup of Lipton tea. Dancing and laughter were important components in her life although nothing was more important to Patsy than her family, whom she loved above all else. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew her and her memory will be cherished by those she has touched.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry Allen Miller and Eva Foster Miller; sisters, Marie Miller Pearsall and Dorothy Miller Beltram and brother, Richard Miller. She is survived by her loving husband, Samuel Nuzzo Jr. of Baytown; sister, Mary Lou Miller Malinowski; her children, Samuel Nuzzo III and daughter-in-law Patricia Caruso, Evarose DeLaVergne and husband William, Harry Allen Nuzzo and wife Theresa, and Joseph Richard Nuzzo and wife Christine; grandchildren, Patrina Grace DeLaVergne, Jason Clyde DeLaVergne and wife Aubrey, Shanda Mary Pat Basile and husband Philip, Joseph Charles DeLaVergne, Jennifer Rose Nuzzo, Christopher Don Caruso, Christopher Allen Nuzzo, Tiffany Rose Nuzzo, Cole Allen DeLaVergne, Lucas Jacob Nuzzo and Paul DeLaCruz; great-grandchildren, Ericka Rose Hodgson, Tailor Reese DeLaVergne, Presley James Basile, Kade William DeLaVergne, Blaine Aaron DeLaVergne, and Kaiden Lynn Fincher.
A visitation will be held Thursday, October 20, 2011 from 6-8 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held Friday, October 21, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Joseph's Catholic Church at 1907 Carolina Street, Baytown, TX 77520. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Baytown.
Pallbearers for the service will be Samuel Nuzzo III, Harry Nuzzo, Joseph Nuzzo, David Beltram, Jason DeLaVergne and Joseph DeLaVergne.
