She was preceded in death by her father, Woodrow Duncan. She is survived by her sons, Mark Sappington of Baytown and John Sappington of Casper, WY; daughter, Stephanie Elkins of Amarillo; mother, Margaret Walker and brother, Woody Duncan, both of Mont Belvieu; and grandchildren, Emma, Avery, and John Andrew Elkins and Alexandra and Max Sappington.
Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Tuesday, July 31, 2012 beginning at 9:00 a.m. with a funeral to follow at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Carol Turner officiating. Graveside services will be Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the Live Oak Cemetery in Manchaca, TX in Travis County.
