Pearl Wood, 90, of Baytown, TX was born September 3, 1916 in Cuero and passed away Saturday, September 9, 2006 in a local hospital. She was a 1934 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School and a member of First Christian Church and the Order of the Eastern Star.
Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Funeral services will be at Navarre Funeral Home Monday, September 11, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Bob Dees officiating. Burial will follow at San Jacinto Memorial Park in Houston.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. B. Wood and is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Norman C. Wood and Billy and Rebecca Wood, all of Baytown; grandchildren, Carla Jakstadt, Mark Flores, and John Flores; and 6 great grandchildren.
