Peggy Joyce Harpst

Peggy Joyce Harpst, 63, of Baytown, went to be with her Lord Tuesday, June 22, 2005. She was born December 6, 1941 in Birmingham, Alabama. She was a retired property manager. She was also a member of the Baptist faith. She was a loving mother, wife, and grandmother.

A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, June 24, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Navarre Funeral Home, officiated by Dr. Ed Weatherly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Percy and Mattie Jones, and her son, Anthony Wright Harpst.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Harpst of Baytown; children, Ricky and Kathy Harpst of Baytown, Sonja and Mauro Gillette of Houston; grandchildren, Chuck Harpst of Baytown, Cameron Daniels of Houston; brothers, Bill and Lori Jones of Ft. Worth, Doug and Tami Jones of Helena, Alabama; sister-in-law, Linda and Bunk Ingram of West Blocton, Alabama; nieces, Allyson and Lauren Jones of Ft. Worth; nephews, Tyler and Bryce Wilhite of Ft. Worth, Mike Moore of Birmingham, Alabama; special friends, Rena and Paul Prevallet.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the Baytown Humane Society.
