He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and then attended and graduated from Texas A&M. After graduating Randy began his career in The Nuclear Energy Business working for The Midland MI Nuclear Power Plant, and lastly for Arizona Public Service Co. outside of Phoenix, Arizona, from which he retired.
Randy was preceded in death by his father, Jack Huron; and by his grandparents, E.C. and Florence Huron and Elma Shannon.
He is survived by his mother, Billie Huron Shultz; by his sister, Deborah Dudley, and several cousins.
Visitation will be from 12- 1 p.m., Monday, March 2, 2026, at Navarre Funeral Home, located at 2444 Rollingbrook Drive, Baytown, TX 77521. Graveside service will follow at 1:30 p.m., at Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery (Pavilion), 8624 Garth Rd., Baytown, Texas 77521.
