Randy resided in Highlands since 1990 and was a chief operator for SSI Chusei. He had several hobbies, one of which was riding his GL 1800 Goldwing Motorcycle.
He was preceded in death by his father and is survived by his mother, Katherine Joy of Batson; wife, Debbie Joy of Highlands; son, Trey Joy of Highlands; brother and sister-in-law, Wesley and Karen Joy of Dayton, sister, Maura Joy of Baytown; niece, Katie Joy of Dayton and numerous other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Navarre Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 25, 2013 at the funeral home with Pastor James Coffey officiating.
