Richard Faber

Richard Faber, 62, of Baytown, departed this life on March 28, 2010 at the Michael E. DeBakey Veteran Medical Center in Houston. He was born January 26, 1948 in Buffalo, New York to his parents, Richard Faber and Josephine Ferrentine Faber.

Rich had lived in Baytown for the last 27 years, was a Vietnam Veteran, proudly serving his country in the U.S. Navy. He loved serving the community from his business, America's Acceptance Mobile Homes, was an avid supporter of community organizations and was loved and known by many and befriended everyone he met. Rich will be remembered as a loving and compassionate person by all that knew him and will be sorely missed.

Mr. Faber was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his mother, Josephine Faber of Buffalo, New York; daughter and son-in-law, Nicole and Justin Gordon of Centerville, Minnesota, daughter and son-in-law, Melissa Faber Berenson and Ben Berenson and daughter, Jillian Faber of Buffalo; four grandchildren, Ryleigh Jo and Parker Berenson and Jack and Shelby Gordon. He also leaves behind his companion, Lisa Tackett of Baytown.
