Ricky Johnson

Ricky Johnson, 22, of Baytown was born December 27, 1988 in Houston and passed away Thursday, November 10, 2011 at home surrounded by his loving family. Ricky came into the Johnson family at age 14 months as a special child. His family gratefully acknowledges that over the years he taught them so much, such as compassion, caring, and what the important things in life really are.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary B. Williams. He is survived by his parents, Milton and Virginia Johnson of Baytown; sister, Teri; brothers and sister-in-law, Tommy, Mark, Michael, and Eric Johnson, all of Houston, Seth and Stephanie Johnson of Spring, and Bobby, Jorje, Scott, and Brian Johnson, all of Baytown; nephew, Sean Johnson of Spring; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

His family will receive friends Saturday at Navarre Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Sunday, November 13, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Norris officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Bayou Masonic Cemetery.

His family would like to say a special ""thank you"" to his special nurses, Eva ""Momma Eva"" Guide, Wanda ""Granny"" Taylor, and Michelle Rosas and Janie Lopez and Genie Freeman, both of Rescare Home Health.
