She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Alfredo Garcia and sons, Nick Garcia and Joe Henry Pacheco, as well as 8 siblings and one grandson, James Edward Garcia.
Rita is survived by her son, Alfredo (Freddie) Garcia, Jr. and his wife, Dolores; grandsons, Duane and his wife, Vanessa, Chad and his wife, Monica, Eric and his wife, Courtney and granddaughter, LaRisa Yzquierdo and her husband, Joe. Rita was the proud grandmother of numerous grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Rita was a long-time resident of Baytown. She worked at Stardust Beauty for over half a century with her sister-in-law, Frances Herrera.
Rita Garcia will be truly missed.
There will be a memorial visitation on Friday, April 4 from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home in Baytown with a memorial service to follow.
