He was a long-time member of Lakewood Church of Christ, where he was a Deacon, and served as the bookkeeper as well as many other areas of service. In recent years, he was a member of League City Church of Christ, after moving to Seabrook. He was a very loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. He will be missed by all who were privileged to know him.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Rose Watson; their children: son, Dennis Sanders and wife Charlene; daughter, Pam Veteto and husband Erwin; son, Kevin Watson and wife Tami; grandchildren, Douglas, Bradley and Robert Sanders, Cody, Kasey and Jayme Veteto, Alec and Ashli Watson, as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013; at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
