Rodolfo Rudy Fernandez

Rodolfo ""Rudy"" Fernandez, 61, of Baytown was born July 3, 1950 in Matamoros, Mexico and passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2011. He attended Robert E. Lee High School and was a U. S. Air Force Viet Nam veteran.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ignacio Fernandez and is survived by his mother, Ana Maria Fernandez, sons and daughters-in-law, Richard Fernandez, Patrick and Luz Fernandez, and Javier and Alicia Fernandez, and daughters and sons-in-law, Rosa and Johnny Arguelles and Maria Fernandez, all of Baytown and Emilia and Jose Juan Rosas of Crosby; sisters and brothers-in-law, Blanca and Jesse Drazic of Austin and Norma and Juan Rodriguez and Maricela Amezcua and Frank Kelso, all of Baytown; fourteen grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Tuesday, July 12, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. There will be no funeral service and at his request, he will be cremated.
