Roger Dale Revils

Roger Dale Revils, of LaVerne, California, passed away on November 24, 2017. Roger was born on July 15, 1972 to Curtis and Sue Revils in Baytown, Texas. Roger was a true Texan and always considered Texas his home.

Roger graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Baytown and then from USMC boot camp in March of 1992. He was a proud US Marine with an honorable discharge.

Roger obtained a degree of Aviation Technology from Spartan College of Aeronautics.

While working in California, Roger spent several months in the desert, in a hanger, rebuilding the components of an airplane and eventually watched it take-off. That was one of his proudest moments. Roger was preceded in death by his beloved uncle, JJ. Elliott; grandparents, Margaret Jones and Charles L. Revils; and grandmother, Velma Hutchinson.

He is survived by his wife, Lizette Revils; his two daughters, the loves of his life, Haylie E. and Emiley L. Revils of LaVerne, California; his parents, Curtis and Sue Revils of Baytown, Texas; and brothers, Lonnie Revils of Baytown, Texas and David Revils of Houston, Texas.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 8, 2017 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Earthman Funeral Home.

A graveside service with military honors will be held on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8624 Garth Rd. Baytown, Texas 77521. Arrangements are under the direction of Earthman Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Rd. Baytown, Texas 77521, 281-422-8181.
