Ronald Dempsey

Ronnie was born in Brenham, Texas to Elson Dempsey and Lois Dempsey Weistruck, He was raised in Brenham where he attended school. He was a retired truck driver.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother Dawson Dempsey; and in-laws, Edward and Janet Crather.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Janice Dempsey and puppy dog Patches; daughters and sons-in-law, Janet and Kevin Hughes, Crystal and Chris McClain; son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie Dempsey, Jr. and Cindy; along with his red headed step son, Danny Smith, all of Baytown; grandchildren, Lauren Peters and Mike, Courtney Le Blanc, Mason Hughes, Caitlynn and Raelynn Dempsey, Justin Molina, Kayla, and Austin and Sean McClain; great-granddaughter, Ryleigh Peters; sister, Sandy Hicks; brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Margie Dempsey; sisters-in-law, Jean Flowers, Joann Perkins, Charlene Clevenger, Tammy Ellison and Susie and Randy Walker; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Honoring him as Pall Bearers will be, Clay Pope, Will Eastep, Mike McLemore, Brandon Taylor, Jay Perkins, Frank Espinoza, Jesus Molina and Lee Johnson.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., at Earthman Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at 2:00 p.m., at Earthman Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Palms Cemetery, Hwy 146, Dayton, TX 77535.
