Salvador Herrera Torres

(1942 - 2017)

Salvador H. Torres Sr., "#1" cherished husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 18, 2017. He was born in Jalisco, Mexico on September 15, 1942 to Avivo and Maria Torres. He lived in Baytown, TX and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Salvador is survived by his wife Antonia Torres, and five sons, Salvador Torres Jr. and wife Maricela, Martin Torres, Sergio Torres, Hector Torres and wife Alyssa, Emmanuel Torres and wife Vanessa. Grandchildren, Sal and wife Selena , Francis, Chelsie and husband Miguel, Aaron, Mikayla, Chase, Stephanie, Kaelyn, Abygayle, Mason and Sophie. Great-grandchildren, Jace, Benjamin, Sophia and Jade. He is also survived by his brother Juan Torres and sisters Maria Torres and Carlota Torres.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 24, 2017 at Earthman Funeral Home from 10:00am to 2:00pm, with the Rosary being recited at 11:30am. Interment will follow immediately at Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8624 Garth Rd., Baytown, TX 77521.
