Sandra Lynn Webb Carlisle

Sandie passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. She went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. All her loved ones who went before her greeted her with open, loving arms. This was a very sad day for the ones left behind, as she was loved by so many. The only thing giving us a smile and peace is knowing she finally got to give her daughter Jamie Lane a HUGE hug on Jamie’s birthday again. Momma couldn’t wait for this day, as she missed her baby every day.

Sandie was born September 22, 1948, to Bud and Betty Webb in Denton, TX. They later moved to San Benito, TX, where she grew up until they moved to League City, TX. Sandie met Bill in 1978 and married and raised their family in Baytown, TX.

Sandie was a devoted Christian, daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. Sandie loved to stay connected to family and friends by mail. Writing letters and sending cards for every occasion gave her so much joy. Every holiday, she loved to display all the cards and letters she received in return. Christmas was the best time of the year, as she loved seeing all the beautiful cards from all over.

Sandie was a giver who always wanted to give to all. From small to large, she wanted everyone to know how much she loved and cared through her gifts.

Sandie loved her children and loved being a part of each of their lives. She always made sure they knew how much she loved each one. Sandie especially loved her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. They became her and Bill’s world; they would do anything and everything to make sure they all knew how much they loved them.

Sandie loved her Church and her Church families. She never met a stranger she didn’t already love. Her heart was open to all. Her kindness, warmth, and love for others will remain in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Sandie is preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Betty Webb; her loving husband, Bill Carlisle, of 48 wonderful years; her sister and brother-in-law, Cherry and Kenny Kuder; her brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Mattie Watson; and her beautiful, loving daughter, Jamie Lane.

Sandie is survived by her daughter Lyn and husband Tobey Lynn Williams, Sr.; her son James Kraus; her son Robert and wife Kristina Carlisle; and her sister-in-law, Karen Carlisle; her grandchildren Shelbi and husband Chazz Koslosky, Hunter Revils, Tobey Lynn Williams Jr. and fiancé Victoria, Brooklyn Williams, Brandon Williams, Hillary Williams and fiancé Dylan, Katelyn Carlisle, Ethan Carlisle and Gage Carlisle; her beautiful great-grandchildren, whom she believed all hung the moon: Kinzley, Zaylee, Gavin, Kadence, Brylynn and Kyle; nieces and nephews: Terry Lee Kuder, Kathy Watson, Peter Watson, Todd and his wife Mekisha Trlicek, Ryan and his wife, Brandy Carlisle; and many cousins and other relatives.
