So nice working with you when I was in Xray school at the old San Jacinto Hospital

Ron and I had the pleasure of knowing Omar over many years of holidays and major events in the lives of the nieces we shared. My favorite memory of him is from our 15 day trans-Atlantic cruise about 10 years ago. My mother-in-law Maxine was getting unsteady on her feet. For a shore excursion in Spain we convinced her to use a wheelchair. Wilda's early onset Alzheimers was just beginning to show. Omar made sure Wilda was comfortably partnered up with another one us, and he started pushing Maxine's wheelchair -- up hills and ramps -- setting a face pace for the rest of us! He was so strong, vigorous, full of life! He was near Maxine's age. He could have just let the next generation do all the work, but that wasn't his style. He will be missed!

Deepest Condolences to Dr. Riveros Family. He was an amazing physician. His smile and laughter was as beautiful as he was. He truly cared about mankind. I was lucky enough to have not only been his patient but worked at the hospital he practiced at. R.I.P. Dr.
