

Scotty Jackson, 44, of Magnolia, formerly Baytown was born February 28, 1963 in Pasadena and passed away at home Monday, February 18, 2008. He was a 1981 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School and was a member of First Baptist Church. When he was younger, he enjoyed weightlifting and bodybuilding and working on his Corvette.
Scotty was preceded in death by his brother, Martin Jackson and wife, Kelley Hugley Jackson and is survived by his daughters, Ashley Michelle Jowers of Saraland, AL, Amber Jackson of Livingston and Carol Ann Forbes of Hopkinsville, KY; parents, George L. and Carmen Jackson of Baytown and Linda R. Saczynski of Magnolia; sisters, Cynthia Roberts of Houston, Janet Bomer of Humble, Donna Gleason of Magnolia, Linda Gail Brumbaugh of Williston, VT, Anna Osowski of Highlands and Teresa Roberts of Galveston; and granddaughter, Journee Jackson.
His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Thursday, February 21, 2008 at 11:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Ingram officiating. Burial will follow at Cedarcrest Cemetery.
