Sherrill Ann Levinsohn

Sherrill "Sherry" Ann Levinsohn 85 of Baytown, Texas, passed away July 25, 2022. She was born in Rocky Mount, NC on September 27, 1936 to Erle and Ida "Kitty" Kellert. She was married for many years to Joseph Levinsohn; giving her 3 sons.

Sherry was an equestrian into her teenage years. She began her career in the insurance industry, where she met her future husband. She later supported Joe in his role in the entertainment industry, and was also a homemaker.

She enjoyed travel, reading, art and history. She also liked to create beautiful flower arrangements. Sherry often liked to share stories of her riding days and her travel adventures.

She was preceded in death by her dad, Erle Kellert; mother, Ida "Kitty" Kellert and her brother Jerry Kellert; as well her former husband Joe Levinsohn and friend of over 40 years, Liz Lynn.

She is survived by her sons David Levinsohn and girlfriend Connie: Peter Levinsohn and wife Kathy; Robert Levinsohn and wife Michelle. Her granddaughters Melissa Casillas (and husband Braden), Brooke Levinsohn, Hailee Levinsohn, Hannah Levinsohn and Heather "Bryce" Levinsohn.

The family would also like to give special thanks to Philip Lucia; who showed her great loving care these past few months and great dignity in preparing her for her final journey. Her days were made a bit sweeter in these visits; and by some of her other daily caregivers.

A graveside service for Sherrill will be held Friday, July 29, 2022 at 4:15 PM at Forest Park East Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, Texas 77598.
