

Shirley Wampler, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on September 1, 2025, at the age of 78. She was born on August 26, 1947, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Stan and Lillie Willett.
Shirley was devoted to her family and shared nearly 60 years of loving marriage with her husband, Paul Wampler. A woman of remarkable character and deep Christian faith, Shirley shared her love for God in every aspect of her life. She was a pillar of strength and a constant source of support, guiding her family with wisdom, patience, unwavering love, and the truth of God’s word.
Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her warm heart, gentle spirit, compassion, and enduring love for Christ. Her legacy of faith and love will live on in the lives of all who knew her.
Shirley is preceded in death by her daughter, Michelle Wampler; her parents, Stan and Lillie Willett; and her sister, Vickie Donahoe.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Paul Wampler; her sons, Mark (Brandy) and Jeremy (Amber) Wampler; six grandchildren, Cade, Keaton, Caleb, Kami, Carter, and Cannon; and two great-grandchildren, Colter and Waylon.
Shirley will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, on Monday, September 8, 2025, at Navarre Funeral Home, located at 2444 Rollingbrook Drive, Baytown, TX 77521, with the funeral service to begin at 12:00 pm. Committal will follow at Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery, located at 8624 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX 77521.
