Stephanie Gonzalez

Stephanie Gonzalez passed into the arms of the Lord on Monday, March 11, 2013, at the age of 13. Born on May 6, 1999, she was an eighth grade student at BHMS. She enjoyed playing the tenor saxophone in the Barbers Hill band and being first chair. She would call herself “Unicorn,” with her outgoing spirit, and she enjoyed hanging out with her friends and making everyone smile.

She is survived by her parents, Homero and Oralia Gonzalez; siblings, Rojelio Tellez, Jonathan Gonzalez and Christopher Gonzalez; grandparents, Ebodio Gonzalez and wife Mercedes and Maude Reyes Leos; aunts and uncles, Oliverio Gonzalez and wife Lorena, Emilia Flores and husband Emigdio, Lorena Castaneda and husband Romualdo, San Juana Tellez Reyes and Juan Perez, Maria Guadalupe Tellez Reyes and Juan Ledesma, Mario Tellez Reyes and Ester Hernandez, Erika Tellez Reyes and Andres Troncoso, Ruben Tellez Reyes and Paloma, as well as many cousins, other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 17, 2013, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a Rosary being recited at 5:00 p.m., at Earthman Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be on Monday, March 18, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., in the Chapel at Earthman Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
