I was sad to learn of Denise's passing and mostly that I learned too late and couldn't attend her memorial service. To her daughters I send the following: On angel wings she was taken away, but in your hearts she will always stay. She left at such an early age - almost too hard to bare- just know that she will be missed by so many,

Chastain Family,
I am so sorry to learn of Denises passing! I worked with her at Houston Methodist Baytown where our department was like family. She was a fun loving person, she loved her family, she was kind and caring with a smile that would light up the room.

Rest In Peace my friend.

Deepest condolences to Dennis and her girls.

It is with great regret that I hear about Denise’s passing. I met her through ancestry, as well as a family dinner several years ago, in The Woodlands.
