

Teresa Lee Armer, 72, of Baytown was born September 23, 1935 in Indian Gap and passed away Sunday, January 27, 2008 in a local hospital. She was raised in Highlands and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and attended Lee College, where she was a cheerleader and was voted First Lady. She was also an avid quilter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Ashford “Spanky” Armer and daughter-in-law, Daltrice Armer and is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Teri and Edward Ells of Baytown; sons and daughters-in-law, Barry and Laura Armer of Clear Lake and Larry and Dianne Armer and Ronnie and Ronda Armer, all of Baytown; sister, Kenda Shirley of League City; brother, Stanley Lee of Baytown; grandchildren, Shelby Ells, Cory Armer, Shawndrie Armer, Tanya Smith, Justin Armer, Emma Armer, and Kelly King; great grandchildren, Anabel Ruiz, Anika Campbell, Levi Campbell, and Hunter Cullum; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers will be Ricky Lee, Steven Lee, Cory Armer, Justin Armer, Kelly King, and Gary Armer Jr. Edward Ells will be an honorary pallbearer.
Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Cloudt officiating. Burial will follow at White Cemetery in Highlands.
