Tommy Clinkscales

Tommy had resided in Baytown for the last 46 years, was a member of Northside Baptist Church and a retired Lab Technician from Equistar with over 30 years of service. He loved being with his family and golfing and fishing were his favorite activities.

Mr. Clinkscales was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Doug Clinkscales and sisters, Billye Silvertooth and her husband M.C. and Lounette Wilkins and her husband Winkie.

Survivors include his wife Barbara Clinkscales of Baytown; daughter, Cindy Clinkscales of Spring; brothers, Larry Joe Clinkscales and his wife Joann of New London and Rodney Clinkscales and his wife Jean of Longview; sisters, Peggy Tehan and her husband Archie of Longview and Patsy Hanson of Gilmer; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Virgil and Mary Gourlay of Baytown; brother-in-law, Virgil Gourlay and his wife Brenda of Mont Belvieu and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Navarre Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at Memory Gardens Mausoleum with Dr. Jay Wash officiating.
