Troy was married to Jackie Daniels Calaway. He spent 39 years in working in the construction industry. Through his career he worked for HB Zachary, S&B Engineering and Construction, and Kvaerner. Troy was a member of the Anahuac Masonic Lodge. He loved fishing, playing guitar, World War II history, Harley Davidson motorcycles, and most certainly his Dobermans.
Troy was preceded in death by his father Bill Calaway. He is survived by his wife Jackie Calaway; his son Timothy Calaway; his mother Nelda Miller; sisters Tereshia, Sabrina and Rita; grandsons Cameron, Collin, Conner and Caleb Calaway; and loving nieces and nephews.
