Violet Donnelly, 88, of Baytown, TX was born December 29, 1917 in Maude and passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2006 in a local healthcare facility. She was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School, a member of the First Church of Christian Science in Baytown and she volunteered at the Christian Science Reading Room on Texas Avenue. She attended Cedar Bayou United Methodist Church with her husband and together they were very active with the Baytown Little League.
Funeral services will be held Monday, February 20, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Cedarcrest Cemetery. Her family will receive friends before the funeral, starting at 1:00 p.m.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Guyon Donnelly and son, Charles Barry Donnelly and is survived by her son, Kreston Blain Donnelly of Houston; grandson, Charles Clayton Donnelly of Bryan; and great grandson, Garrett Lee Donnelly of Bryan.
