Virgil L Slot

His full life was shared with his wife Thelma Slot as they had recently surpassed their 69th anniversary. He served his country in the Navy during the Korean War. He enjoyed hunting and fishing most of his life. After retirement he enjoyed time with his great grandchildren as they stayed regularly and peaceful afternoons on the porch.

He is preceded in death by his parents Stanley "Stash" and Ophelia Slot, as well as his son-in-law Christopher Price and great grandson Riley Garcia.

Survived by his wife, Thelma Slot. Daughters Debbie Newcomb and Barbara Price. Grandchildren Jimmy Newcomb, Dianna Newcomb, Travis Price and wife Amanda, Shannan Claussen and husband DJ, Sarah Saunders and husband Josh. Great grandchildren, Anthony and Madelynn Newcomb, Emily Kessler and husband Jonathan, Taylor Price, Mandy Price, Cadence Claussen, Katlyn and C J Saunders.
