

Wade was a lifelong resident of Baytown. He left to join the United States Army, where he served in the Korean War and was awarded a Bronze Star. Upon his return, he started a career at Exxon, where he retired after 39 years of service. Wade was also a lifelong member of Trinity Tabernacle Assembly of God.
Wade’s hobbies included gardening, working puzzles and fishing in various lakes and bays throughout Texas. He also enjoyed singing and was an accomplished piano player.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Gladys Partin; wife of 63 years, Letha Partin; brother, Gerald Partin; daughter, Linda Karen Partin.
Wade is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Glen Partin and wife Serita, of Dayton, Texas and Gregory Partin and wife Carolyn, of Roman Forest; brother, James Partin; grandchildren, Wade Ryan Partin, Christopher Spillman, Brittany Partin, Connor Partin and Rachel Partin; great grandson, Wesley Wade Partin.
Graveside services and interment will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Baytown, Texas with Pastor Jerry Hovater officiating.
