

Wilma lived in Houston for the last 29 years and previously lived in Baytown for 37 years. She worked in the cafeteria at Baytown Junior High and Lamar Elementary.
Mrs. Orchin was an avid sports fan, especially enjoying watching her own children and grandchildren growing up playing sports. She was the concession stand coordinator while her sons participated in Little League Baseball.
Her love for her husband, Jimmy Orchin, was very prominently displayed through the care she gave him throughout their marriage. She was a virtuous woman, devoted to their union and keeping his memory alive through her actions even after his death in 1982.
Mrs. Orchin was preceded in death by her husband, parents and 10 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her sons, James Orchin and his wife Laura of Baytown and Pat Orchin and his wife Cheri of Jasper; daughter, Peggy Miller and her husband Tommy of Houston; grandchildren, Lauren Torres and her husband Antonio, Taryn Orchin and Kelli Miller; step-grandchild, Tiffany Smith; brother, Olen Tucker of Jasper and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at Navarre Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 18, 2011 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Cedarcrest Cemetery.
