Zachary Sampson

Zachary Edward Sampson, 19, of La Porte TX, went to be with his Lord and Savior on October 9, 2013. He was born on August 11, 1994 to Dean and Sherri Sampson. He was a 2012 Graduate of La Porte High School and a 4 year member of the Bulldog Marching Band. He enjoyed playing magic cards with his friends and going to San Jacinto College. He was a member of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in La Porte, TX and was an Altar Server and part of Life Teens.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, AR and Virginia Lavergne of Baytown.

He is survived by his parents, Dean and Sherri Sampson of La Porte; sister, Lauren of La Porte; grandparents, Rita Jordan, and Lynda Sampson of La Porte, and Billy and Ethel Davis of Woodville.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 14, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 816 Park Dr., La Porte, TX 77571, with Father Gary Rickles officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8624 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX 77521.
