Annie Earline Baxter Carmichael

Earline was born on March 6, 1927 in Franklin, TX to Calvin and Faith Baxter. She was a lifelong resident of Beaumont and had worked as a beautician and homemaker. She married Joe Carmichael in 1976 in Atlanta, Georgia. Earline enjoyed cooking and baking for others, although her greatest enjoyment was caring for her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; daughter, Mildred Reding; 4 brothers, Jack Baxter, Roy Baxter, John Baxter, Everett Baxter; 5 sisters, Thelma Baxter, Florine Baxter, Mary Emma Smith, Ima Gene Haskett and Juanita Allen.

Her survivors include 3 grandchildren, Denise Martin and husband Steven of Lumberton, Jessica Reding of The Woodlands, John Reding of Killeen; 4 great grandchildren, Sydney Madison, Jaxson Martin, Sheridan Martin and Justin Reding.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will take place Tuesday, October 26, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel. A private interment will follow in the “Garden of Hope” Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
